Shepherd’s Care’s vision statement claims they are committed to providing quality care and quality accommodations all within an efficient and effective organization. But, is that true if they aren’t willing to provide a living wage to Aramark employees who are pivotal in delivering this vision for the organization?
Since Shepherd’s Care isn’t willing to pay Aramark employees a living wage, their vision statement should be more honest about the environment they’re committed to providing for their residents.
