987 Scholarship Program

The application period for the 2024 spring academic session is closed. Applications will be accepted for review for the fall 2024 academic session.

We have an important change to scholarship award criteria: Priority will be given to those applicants who are currently enrolled or plan to be enrolled in a qualifying academic or vocational program. Applicants who have previously completed an academic or vocational program may not qualify for a scholarship award.

We wanted to extend this to the dedicated and deserving men and women of Local 987, so there is an opportunity for financial support to further your education.

NOTE: The criteria below are a starting point. Scholarship criteria may be modified at a future date based on the needs of members and their immediate dependent children.
