We recently renewed our collective agreement with our brothers and sisters with Aramark Canada at two Shepherd’s Care sites in Edmonton: Eden House & Heritage Market Grill. Some of the highlights include an immediate 4.5-6.5% wage increase, protection for full-time positions, improved vacation and sick time, and a greatly improved health and welfare plan (with increased employer paid co-share payments!)
